Walls and floors

With the roof completed apart from external panels, it's been a month of dedicated carpentry. As the scaffolding for the roof works has come down, stud frames for the exterior walls have been gone up. These have then been clad with 1/2" ply boards. The boathouse will not be a wooden box though... the ply is just one layer in the final walls, with insulation and an inside face to come and exterior timber cladding to go on the outside.

Floor joists for the first floor rooms have also been put in place on the east side of the building... though as yet there are no stairs to get upstairs.
